CherwellOnes to Watch’s first SPOTM for 2012 is Oxford University’s Cherwell.

Cherwell has produced a constant stream of high-quality, engaging writing throughout the month. Highlights featured on OTW include reports on students blaming 2:2s on bad teaching and the number of black students admitted to Oxford, as well as an interview with Channel 4 news icon Jon Snow and an analysis of Ed Miliband’s performance as Labour leader.

But the Cherwell team are putting up so much good stuff we couldn’t ever hope to feature it all. See their site (which includes the Cherwell TV channel) for reports on everything from electoral misconduct to drinking society shenanigans, reviews of pretty much everything cultural going on in the city and comprehensive coverage of university sports – to name a few.
